Kenyan content creator and rapper Diana Marua has amused social media users after sharing a funny parenting experience involving her son, Morgan Bahati.

“Nobody Prepared Me for This”
In the clip shared online, Diana jokingly lamented how quickly children transition from calling their mothers “Mama” to more casual names.
“Nobody prepares you for this transition from Mama to Mommy to Mom to Bruh! Bruh! Stop the crap, Bruh.”
She explained that Morgan had called her from a teacher’s phone number, which made her think she was speaking to a teacher at first.
“Morgan ananipigia simu na namba ya mwalimu so mimi niko, ‘Hi mwalimu, how are you?’ Halafu nasikia, ‘Mathe ni mimi.’”
The influencer admitted she was stunned by the greeting and wished she had recorded the conversation.
According to Diana, the main reason for the call was to ask for additional pocket money.
“Mathe ati naidai pocket money, pocket money imeisha. Kwani ulienda shule kukula?”
She jokingly questioned how the money had already run out barely two weeks after schools reopened.
“Bruh” Leaves Diana Speechless
“Look at me. No, look at me. Bruh! Nimeitwa Bruh! Ati ‘Stop the crack, Bruh.’”
“Nimemwambia, ‘Now ukiitwa vizuri nipigie simu tena nikutume pocket money.’”

“That’s 10,000, but it has been converted to 50-shilling notes. So when you go to the canteen, you just spend KSh 50 each time.”
