Action at the Safari Rally Kenya moves into the crucial Day Three on Saturday with crews set to tackle the rugged terrains around Soysambu Conservancy and Lake Elementaita in Naivasha.
The penultimate day of the rally features six competitive stages covering 122.98 kilometres, beginning with SS11 Soysambu 1 at 8:35am. Drivers will then head to SS12 Elementaita 1 before completing the morning loop at SS13 Sleeping Warrior 1.
After midday service in Naivasha, crews will repeat the stages in the afternoon with Soysambu 2, Elementaita 2 and Sleeping Warrior 2 closing the day’s action.
The rally remains tightly contested with Toyota’s Oliver Solberg holding a slender lead of just one second over nine-time world champion Sébastien Ogier after a dramatic Friday.
Championship leader Elfyn Evans sits third overall heading into the decisive Saturday stages.
