University of Bath: How much General Muhoozi Paid for Daughter to Study at Posh Institution

General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the son of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and commander of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces, announced on August 28 that his daughter Kenshuro Kainerugaba had graduated from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. General Muhoozi’s daughter graduated from the University of Bath.  Writing on his X account, Muhoozi said both he and his wife, Mama Charlotte, were filled with pride over the achievement. “I congratulate my very beautiful daughter, Kenshuro Kainerugaba, for graduating from the University of Bath last month. I and Mama Charlotte could not be more proud,” he wrote. The steepest fees apply to STEM and laboratory science programmes, covering fields such as engineering, computer science, psychology, and biology, where tuition reaches KSh 5.5 million per year. Over a standard three-year undergraduate degree, total tuition alone could therefore amount to between approximately KSh 13.4 million and KSh 16.19 million, depending on the course, before accommodation, food, transport and other living expenses in Bath are factored in.
