There is a particular kind of tired that a lot of accomplished women never quite talk about. It’s not the tiredness of a long day — it’s the tiredness of being everyone’s rock for years on end, without ever pausing to ask what you actually need.
Rosedoris Njagi, known across Nairobi simply as Coach Rosedee, has spent the better part of two decades sitting across from women carrying exactly that kind of tired. On 5th September, she’s inviting well over a thousand of them back into one room to put it down finally.
This is the 4th She Sparkles Annual Conference, and this year’s theme cuts straight to the point: The Next Level Woman.

From One Woman’s Conviction to a Movement
Every meaningful organisation starts somewhere small and stubborn, and She Sparkles started with a simple observation Coach Rosedee couldn’t shake. After more than 15 years working in Human Resource Management and Development — sitting with people well beyond their job titles and CVs — she kept noticing the same quiet pattern.
Brilliant, capable women who still doubted themselves the moment the room went quiet. Leaders who could run entire teams but hadn’t figured out how to lead themselves through a hard season.
Women whose lives looked put together on the outside while something inside them was fraying.
“I have come to learn that one of the most important journeys we can take is the journey back to ourselves. We spend so much of life becoming what everyone else needs us to be that we sometimes forget to ask who we truly are.” — Coach Rosedee.
That realisation became Transformation Ark Hub, founded in June 2022 on a philosophy Coach Rosedee still leads with today: you cannot transform your life without first transforming yourself.
And not long after, a very specific need kept surfacing among the women walking through her doors — women building careers, raising families, running businesses, holding communities together, and somewhere along the way, quietly forgetting to ask themselves the one question that mattered most: what about me?
That question became She Sparkles — an acronym as much as a promise. S.H.E: Self-Discovery. Healing. Empowerment. A coaching and mentoring programme built for women who are done pouring from an empty cup, designed to hand them back their voice, their clarity, and a community that doesn’t require them to have it all figured out.

“A woman can be a mother, a wife, a professional, an entrepreneur, a leader, a daughter and a friend, but underneath all those roles is a woman with dreams of her own. Never become so busy fulfilling your responsibilities that you forget to develop the woman carrying them all.” — Coach Rosedee.
Four Years. Sixteen Cohorts. A Community That Shows Up.
Since 2022, She Sparkles has run through 16 cohorts and touched the lives of more than 1,000 women, directly and indirectly, across Kenya. But ask anyone who’s actually sat in one of Coach Rosedee’s rooms, and the numbers become almost beside the point. What they’ll tell you about instead is what changed.

So, Why “The Next Level Woman”?
Every year, the She Sparkles conference asks a slightly different version of the same question. This year, it’s blunt about it: what is next, and who do I need to become to actually get there? For Coach Rosedee, growth was never about arriving somewhere and being done.
“Your next level will demand a different version of you. You cannot keep thinking the same way, making the same choices and holding on to the same things while expecting a completely different life. Sometimes the breakthrough you are praying for is waiting on the woman you are becoming.” — Coach Rosedee.
It’s the same conviction that runs through everything she teaches — that the outer wins, the promotions, the businesses, the healthier relationships, all tend to follow the inner work, not the other way round.
She sums it up in a single line she returns to more than any other: “When you win within, you win in life.”
That’s the room over a thousand women are walking back into on 5th September — not to be told they need fixing, but to be reminded of who they already are underneath the roles, and to leave with a clearer idea of who they’re becoming next.
