Kenyan socialite and entrepreneur Risper Faith, who is currently in the United States awaiting the birth of her second child, has hinted that this could be her last pregnancy.
Taking to her Instagram, she posted a video contrasting her life before pregnancy and during pregnancy, joking that she doesn’t even understand how she found herself in the pregnancy journey again, after over 7 years since her previous pregnancy.
A Visual Transformation
The footage provides a side-by-side comparison of her physical appearance. In one part of the video, she is seen wearing form-fitting athletic wear.
The contrast is shown in another segment where she is captured in casual loungewear, craving for meals. The video is designed to show the stark difference between her look before and during this journey.

The Final Chapter?
The video resonates deeply with a candid caption she wrote. In the post, she addresses the intensity and challenges of this specific pregnancy.
“Well, it’s safe to say that this might be my last pregnancy because how the hell did I get here?” she said.
This statement has led many to believe she is closing the chapter on childbearing. She used the post to reflect on how much her life and appearance have changed during this period.
The Cost of American Citizenship
Risper has been very vocal about the logistical and financial realities of giving birth abroad. In a past TikTok Live session with her fans, she explained that the decision to deliver in the US is intended to ensure her baby secures American citizenship. However, she noted that this choice comes with a high price tag.
According to Faith, a standard delivery in the US can cost approximately Sh2 million. However, if a Caesarean section (CS) is required, that figure can climb to Sh5 million or even Sh6 million.
“Kuzaa America ni 5 million hata 6 million… utafanya watu wakuje kuzaa huku hivi wakidhani ni bure,” she warned
She noted that while Medicaid exists, it is often intended for those with very low incomes, and having inadequate insurance can lead to massive out-of-pocket expenses.

She went ahead to express her faith and belief that her baby, who will be born soon, will arrive in good health.
The former Nairobi Diaries star is already a mother of one. She had travelled to join her husband, Brian Muiruri, as they prepared to expand their family.
The couple married in a lavish ceremony in 2018. Since then, they have consistently documented their family life for their followers. This current journey to the US has become a major focal point of her recent social media updates.
