Kenyan content creator and influencer Kevin Kinuthia has opened up about his habit of moving from one house to another during a candid conversation with media personality and digital creator Oga Obinna on Obinna TV.The discussion began when Obinna questioned Kinuthia about his frequent relocations, saying he had noticed that the content creator seemed to move houses very often.
Moving Brings New Blessings
Responding to the question, Kinuthia explained that changing homes can sometimes bring positive changes into a person’s life. “Moving into a new house comes with blessings.”According to Kinuthia, some people may remain in one place for years without realising that a change of environment could be beneficial.
He suggested that certain situations or people around an individual could contribute to them feeling stuck in life.
He noted that a person could unknowingly remain in the same place for several years, wondering why progress seems difficult to achieve. Obinna appeared intrigued by the explanation and continued to press for details about Kinuthia’s movement patterns.
No Fixed Timeline for Moving
The television host asked Kinuthia how frequently he usually changes residences. Kinuthia replied that it depends on how he feels at a particular time rather than following a fixed schedule. When asked about his current residence, he revealed that he had been living there since October last year. However, he surprised Obinna by disclosing that he was already planning to move again at the end of the month. “What I want, I get,” Kinuthia said with a laugh. His response left Obinna visibly surprised, prompting him to ask why he was relocating despite having lived there for less than a year. Kinuthia’s answer was straightforward. “Because I want to.”Obinna // instagram
Finding the Right Environment
The conversation later shifted to the shortest period Kinuthia has ever spent in a residence. He revealed that the briefest stay lasted only four months.
Obinna appeared shocked by the revelation and sought further clarification about what had happened.
Kinuthia explained that there was no major incident behind the decision. Instead, he simply felt uncomfortable with the area where the house was located. “I was not okay with the area.”
