Despite all you might have gone through or you’re carrying heavy in your heart, TikTok sensation and former radio host Natalie Githinji wants to let you know you are still loved and much appreciated.
The 27-year-old digital content creator shared an encouragement video addressing all those currently battling childhood traumas noting things do get better eventually. Natalie proceeded to share a grounding technique aimed at calming one whenever negative thoughts plagued their minds and they contemplated extreme measures.
“Hey, Natalie Githinji here… to anyone dealing with childhood trauma from parents, relatives or anyone I pray you heal mahn. I pray that God sees you through.” started off Ms. Githinji as she shared her deep message of hope and encouragement.
She went on to add,
“And I know you are strong so keep on fighting to see another day because you have a purpose. And in case you feel like giving up, every time you feel so place your right hand on your left side of the chest… and that heartbeat should give you a reason to live and see another day. To anyone giving up, to anyone who has reached that point where they are contemplating committing suicide… committing suicide is never an option,”
Finishing up the comedian maintained as long as one held breath in their lungs then they were needed here on earth.
“We love you, we need you, we want to see you every day. You are beautiful, you are handsome and you have a purpose in life. So live to see another day, together forever,” the last of the TikTok’s emotional message stated.
Captioning the video the former NRG radio presenter wrote, “always remember that we love you. All love and remember you matter,” accompanied with several love emojis.
A week ago during an interview at Kiss FM the media personality got candid about her battle with endometriosis, revealing she constantly fears for her life.
“Three words for my endometriosis journey are – hell, disgusting and death. However, I am glad that most of my fans defend me when social media bullies troll me about my weight,” Natalie shared in part.
According to the Endometriosis Foundation of Kenya, endometriosis is a condition where endometrial cells, cells lining the womb, are found elsewhere in the body. Approximately 10-15% of women of reproductive age are said to suffer from this condition.
