Geoffrey Mosiria’s Emotional Plea to Trevor Over Mungai Eve

Geoffrey Mosiria, the Nairobi County Chief Officer for Environment, has publicly appealed to popular content creator Director Trevor, urging him to forgive and support his former girlfriend, Eve Mungai.

Mosiria made his plea in a recent video, emphasizing the importance of focusing on the future and mutual growth.

Mr. Mosiria expressed a deep sense of anguish over a prevalent trend where young women part ways with partners who aided their initial success, only to find themselves used and abandoned by others who offer fleeting attention.

He invoked a proverb, cautioning, “Do not abandon your own for a passing convenience”.

The Split: Trevor’s Account

Mosiria recounted a conversation with Director Trevor, a friend of his, regarding the breakup with Eve Mungai.

According to Trevor, Eve decided to leave after gaining prominence and receiving significant attention, believing she had reached a point where she no longer required his support.

However, Mosiria observed what he perceived as signs of regret from Eve Mungai appearing online, though he noted he was unsure of their absolute veracity.

He highlighted the transient nature of online encouragement, stating that while social media communities might initially offer solidarity, this support often fades quickly due to the lack of formal commitments.

A Plea for Professional Reunion

Addressing Eve Mungai directly, Mosiria indicated that if her social media presence and earnings were indeed facing difficulties, he had already spoken to Director Trevor.

“So to my sister if truly naona unasema kwamba you are doing badly in terms of your social media in terms of earning from the platforms, my brother Trevor nimempigia nikamwambia akusamehe unaweza rudi mfanye kazi Pamoja.”

He urged Trevor to forgive her and consider resuming their professional collaboration, suggesting that Trevor is well-placed to “brand build” her into a successful content creator capable of generating income from digital platforms.

“So my brother Trevor please as we have discussed help this girl nimempigia sijui kama ni ukweli. Msaidie huyu dada shemeji yetu hawezi teseka ukiwa hii town saidia yeye na kama ushamove on there’s always another space you can always create for our space,” Mosiria urged Trevor.

“Mpatie platform. You are a builder, a brander na pia umrudishie akaunti umtengenezee umbrandie YouTube umbrandie TikTok umbrandie Instagram she can do better,” he added.

Mosiria speculated that “some demon” might have caused their initial separation. He strongly advocated for their reconciliation, urging them to sit down, converse, and foster mutual growth, expressing his delight at seeing young people build each other up.

Words of Caution for Young Women

Beyond the specific case, Mosiria also offered a broader word of caution to young women. He advised, “When you achieve success, do not abandon the young man who stood by you”.

He warned that forsaking such a partner could lead to future struggles and profound regret, prompting them to question why they left the person with whom they started.

He further cautioned against being swayed by superficial attention from social media or other men, noting that many men merely seek to exploit and then discard women.

The two prominet content creators broke up early 2024 after dating for six years.
