Kenyan forex trader Kenyan Prince has sparked a conversation on social media after sharing his views on why marriages between financially struggling individuals often fail to endure.
The influencer, known for his presence in the trading community, offered a candid take on the role of money in maintaining long-term relationships.

In a video, Kenyan Prince argued that the primary reason relationships between “two broke people” do not last is a lack of conversational depth beyond physical intimacy.
He suggested that when couples lack financial resources, their focus narrows significantly.
According to the trader, these couples often find themselves with little to discuss other than their immediate physical relationship.
He noted that without the ability to plan for the future or enjoy shared experiences that require funding, the relationship can become stagnant.
“The main reason as to why relationships between two broke people don’t last long is because the only thing they are discussing in the relationship is sleeping together and reproducing like donkeys,” he stated.
