Kenyan gospel music is continuing to travel beyond the country’s borders, with several musicians performing for audiences across the diaspora in 2026.
From the United States and United Kingdom to Sweden, Kenyan gospel artists have appeared at concerts, worship gatherings and ministry events.
Some have already completed their international performances, while others are preparing for upcoming shows later this year.
Moji Short Baba in California
Kenyan gospel musician Moji Short Baba is among those who have already taken their music to the United States this year.
He performed in San Bernardino, California, during his 2026 US ministry tour, where he ministered to gospel fans and members of the Kenyan and African diaspora community.
His California appearance makes him one of the Kenyan gospel musicians who have already completed a diaspora performance this year.

Wapendwa Muziki Perform in the UK
Gospel duo Wapendwa Muziki have also already completed their international engagement.
The duo travelled to the United Kingdom in June 2026 after receiving their visas for the trip.
They were scheduled to minister at Kigoco Festival on 13 June 2026, allowing them to perform for the Kenyan and wider African community in Britain.
Their UK appearance is therefore among the diaspora performances that have already taken place in 2026.
Gloria Muliro Performs in Sweden and US
Gloria Muliro has had several international engagements this year.
She was involved in a worship event in Stockholm, Sweden, in February 2026, before later travelling to the United States.
On 1 August 2026, Muliro hosted IMANIFEST 2026 in Chappaqua, New York.
The annual gospel event brings together gospel musicians and members of the African diaspora in the US.
The 2026 line-up included fellow Kenyan gospel musicians Eunice Njeri, Evelyn Wanjiru and Timothy Kitui.
Muliro has therefore already completed her 2026 performances in Sweden and New York.
Kambua Performs in Washington
Kambua is another Kenyan gospel musician who has already performed in the US this year.
She took the stage in Tacoma, Washington, on 9 August 2026 for Kambua & Team Kenya Live in Concert.
The performance took place just days before the current date of 14 August, making it one of the most recent diaspora appearances by a Kenyan gospel artist this year.
Evelyn Wanjiru’s Dallas Performance Is Still Ahead
While several artists have already completed their international engagements, Evelyn Wanjiru has another US performance coming up.
She is scheduled to perform at a Gospel Festival in Dallas, Texas, on 18 October 2026.
She is also listed among the artists connected to IMANIFEST 2026 in New York.
Because the Dallas date is still in the future, it should be recorded as an upcoming performance, rather than one she has already completed.
Eunice Njeri and Timothy Kitui
Eunice Njeri is also listed on the IMANIFEST 2026 line-up in New York and has been promoting her 2026 US ministry programme. IMANIFEST 2026 official website
Timothy Kitui, a Kenyan gospel artist and cultural diplomat based in the US, is also part of the IMANIFEST line-up.
Their inclusion adds to the growing Kenyan presence in the American gospel scene.
