Senators affiliated with the Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP) made a striking entrance at Parliament on Tuesday, 21 July 2026, arriving in coordinated outfits drawn from the party’s official colour scheme. DCP senators attend a parliamentary session in matching bright green suits inspired by the party’s colours. Photographs posted by Nyandarua senator and DCP secretary general John Methu showed the lawmakers in bright green suits, white shirts, maroon ties, and black trousers, a combination that mirrors DCP’s signature colours of green, maroon, white, and black. “The green army is back to work. Parliament of Kenya, Tuesday 21st July 2026,” Methu wrote alongside the images.
