Content creator Georgina Njenga has opened up to her followers, sharing a deeply personal reflection on her journey toward healing and finding happiness once again.
After navigating a period marked by significant personal challenges, the social media personality took to her Instagram stories to candidly discuss the mental health struggles and life lessons that have defined her recent months.
A Journey of Healing
Georgina, who has navigated public attention and personal transitions, shared that her perspective on happiness has shifted. In a heartfelt message to her community, she expressed gratitude for her current state of mind.
“Lately found myself so happy again. Thank you, God, for the gift of healing,” she revealed.

The creator also shared a sentiment regarding her priorities as a mother, noting, “Currently obsessed with upgradingmeand my child’s life. We deserve it all.”
Facing Past Struggles
For Georgina, the road to this point was not easy. She reflected on the intense pressure of dealing with loss and heartbreak while living in the public eye. Discussing her past state of mind, she admitted to the toll that these events took on her well-being.
“If you told this girl that the hurt she was busy ignoring from loss, heartbreak and social media hurt because this same year I made the biggest headline and also motherhood was going to be the pain that broke her slowly she’d had sworn she didn’t care.”
Despite the difficulty, she emphasised the importance of addressing these emotions.
“I’ve learnt that you know what those tears are valid and that therapy is needed to see people the same way again.”
Moving Forward
As she looks toward the future, Georgina shared that the process has been transformative. She noted the difficulty in letting go of who she was during her most painful moments, but embraced the growth that followed.

“I lost so much touch of her in such a few monthsandit has taken a lot of work to really breathe and actually feel like a better version of her who has learnt from her mistakes.”
She also spoke about the importance of mental health, explaining, “I wish I can explain how stressful nights and overthinking led to episodes so yes Mental Health is actually very important.”
Lessons on Resilience
In her message to those following her journey, Georgina offered words of encouragement, particularly regarding the pressures often felt by those in their mid-20s.
“And as we enter mid 20’s remember it’s not a race and also don’t forget to whisper I might be getting older but that does not mean I’m old.”
She also shared her perspective on negative energy and the importance of surrounding oneself with positive influences.
“Make new meaningful friendships and network with the right people because happy people uplift each other sad ones are happy to see you in their world, give life a new chance. It’s actually worth it,” she stated.

Georgina remains optimistic about the future, concluding, “Ik God is really manifesting in meandI can’t wait for what he has in store forme,he is patient with me but keeps creating situations to remind me time is moving.”
