“No Gym, Just Diet”: King Tizian Reveals Dramatic 18kg Weight Loss

Kenyan content creator King Tizian has opened up about his dramatic weight-loss journey, revealing that he dropped from 87kg to 69kg without stepping into a gym.
Sharing a video on Instagram, Tizian reflected on how far he has come. The clip showed old footage from the period when he weighed 87kg, alongside comments from social media users who had criticised his appearance at the time. The video then cuts to his current look after losing 18kg.
His message was short but powerful. “No gym, just diet👏, I am just so proud I did this time to add some muscle now😮‍💨” The transformation quickly attracted reactions from followers, with many praising his commitment and determination.

From Criticism to Motivation

The video revisited some of the remarks Tizian received when he was heavier. Rather than dwelling on the criticism, he appeared to use it as motivation.
One follower summed up the situation by writing: “That’s the beauty of body shaming, some cry about it, some decide to take action” Others could not resist adding humour to the conversation. “😂😂sasa bado izo carroons kwa mguu”

Another joked: “Ulikua kidogo ukona zile bbl za majembe😂😂😂😂😂😂” The comments reflected the mix of teasing, support, and banter that often follows public weight-loss journeys on social media.
Followers Ask for the Secret
Many viewers were curious about how Tizian managed to lose the weight. One simply asked: “Period for loss??” Another wanted advice of their own: “Nipee tips😂”
The questions highlighted the growing interest in sustainable weight management, especially when achieved through dietary changes rather than intensive exercise programmes.

The Next Chapter: Building Muscle

While many followers congratulated Tizian on his achievement, some pointed out that his next challenge may be developing muscle tone. One commenter remarked: “Zero muscle tone. Keep cooking…”
Another was more sceptical, writing: “Iyo ni lipo sio gym…mbona hakuna muscle tumbo tu ndio imeenda😮” Despite the debate, the overall mood around the post was positive. “You deserve my like for this💪”
