Speaking in a video posted on his Instagram page, Yagga said it is better for people to be labelled “stingy” if it means keeping their finances in order, rather than finding themselves in situations where they have to ask others for help. “My brother, it is better to be called stingy when your things are together.”
The Cost of Asking for Help
In the video, Yagga described the experience of calling someone to ask for assistance, saying such moments can change how people are viewed. He argued that once a person reaches out for financial support, the dynamic of the relationship may shift.
“It is better for you to be called stingy when your things are together than for you to wake up, pick up a call, and call somebody for help.” Yagga continued by explaining how a request for assistance can sometimes alter perceptions.
“The moment they pick up and you are like, ‘Can I please help me with this?’ that is the time the way they look at you starts changing.” His remarks centred on the importance of avoiding dependence on others whenever possible and ensuring personal affairs remain in order.
Choosing Stability
Throughout the video, Yagga repeatedly stressed the value of safeguarding one’s resources and making decisions that support long-term stability. While acknowledging that some people may be criticised for being careful with money or possessions, he suggested that such criticism is preferable to facing disrespect after seeking help.
“So it is better you are stingy, and you are okay, than to be generous, and you are being disrespected.” The creator’s message focused on the belief that financial discipline can protect personal dignity and independence.

Yagga concluded his remarks with a warning to those who may not yet understand his point, suggesting that experience would eventually teach the lesson he was sharing. “Don’t worry, your eyes will clear.”
