Mtu Necessary Slams Gaucho Over Hospital TikTok Live

Digital creator Mtu Necessary has criticised fellow content creator and board member Gaucho following a TikTok livestream recorded inside Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital, raising fresh concerns about privacy and conduct in healthcare spaces.

The criticism emerged after Gaucho reportedly went live on TikTok while inside the Nairobi-based public hospital, prompting backlash online.

Mtu Necessary described the move as inappropriate, arguing that hospitals require a higher level of sensitivity due to the presence of vulnerable patients.

“It is very wrong for Gaucho to go inside Mama Lucy’s hospital and do a live TikTok video.”

He added that while content creators are entitled to earn income through digital platforms, certain environments should remain off-limits.

“We are not against him getting his bread… but it is very wrong to not respect patients’ privacy.”
