Moments later, he resurfaced in a casket that had been transported in a hearse. The preacher was seen lying inside the sealed casket, which was then carried by a group of onlookers and placed next to the bed he had been using.

Throughout the challenge, Pastor Jimmy has maintained that his goal is to highlight the suffering of cancer patients, explaining that he wants to demonstrate the pain and emotional toll experienced by patients in hospital beds as they undergo treatment. “One day cancer will die,” has been his consistent message throughout the marathon challenge.
