Corazon Kwamboka Shocked as 5-Year-Old Son Loses Baby Teeth Early

The renowned Kenyan fitness enthusiast and advocate, Corazon Kwamboka, has shared a candid and humorous story with her followers about a recent milestone in her five-year-old son’s life.

Through a series of Instagram stories posted on Thursday, 5 March 2026, the mother of two revealed that her son has lost his two top front teeth in somewhat unconventional ways.

A Milestone Met with Surprise

Kwamboka, who is known for sharing glimpses of her fitness journey and family life with her 1.1 million followers, admitted her initial shock at the timing. She noted that she had expected the process to begin a bit later in his childhood.

“I was honestly shocked because he’s only 5. I even Googled it and saw most kids start losing baby teeth at 6/7,” she shared in a caption alongside a collage of her son.

While health experts suggest that most children begin losing their primary teeth between the ages of five and seven, the front and center central incisors are typically the first to fall out.

The ‘WWE Match’ at Home

The influencer went on to explain the specific circumstances behind the missing teeth, clarifying to a curious fan that they fell out naturally rather than being professionally removed.

According to Kwamboka, the two top incisors were already loose before they finally came out. The first tooth was lost during a typical day at school.

“The top ones were already weak. One came out at school while they were playing,” she explained.

oth, however, involved a bit more domestic drama. Kwamboka playfully described the incident as a “match” with her younger daughter, Koko.

“And the other… let’s just say there was a small WWE situation with Koko and it didn’t survive the match,” she joked.

A Journey of Motherhood

Corazon Kwamboka has been open about her “bumpy road” to motherhood, having previously shared her battles with endometriosis before welcoming her children.

She shares her two children—son Taiyari, born in August 2020, and daughter Koko, born in December 2021—with her former partner and fellow fitness personality, Frankie JustGymIt.

The family milestone comes as a lighthearted moment for the lawyer-turned-influencer, who recently announced her intention to return to her legal profession after years of focusing on her fitness and fashion businesses.
