Success never came easily for Peter Odhiambo, a hardworking man from Homa Bay County, Kenya. From a young age, Peter believed in honest work and discipline. He woke up earlier than everyone else, took on extra duties, and never shied away from difficult tasks. While others rested, he pushed himself harder, convinced that persistence would one day reward him. Yet, despite all his effort, nothing ever seemed to work out. Money came and disappeared just as fast.

Projects failed, businesses collapsed, and every plan ended in disappointment. Watching people he once helped rise above him was painful and confusing.Peter tried everything he knew. He started small businesses, joined savings groups, borrowed capital, and even attended motivational seminars. Each time, he felt hopeful, but that hope never lasted. His shop closed due to losses, farming brought poor harvests, and casual jobs paid barely enough to survive. Friends started avoiding him, assuming he was lazy or cursed with bad luck.
