Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones recently took to social media to update his fans, particularly his gym-enthusiast followers, on his current weight journey.
In a series of Instagram Stories, Khaligraph shared:
“While my strength has significantly declined since my journey began, I can confidently say I am now below the obesity range — 21 kgs down, 10 more to go.”
The update was accompanied by several gym videos, giving fans a glimpse into his fitness routine.
In the first video, Jones is seen walking into the gym, singing along to a song playing loudly in the background, clearly excited and enjoying his gym time.
In the next clip, he is seen performing squats with more than 20kgs on his shoulders, followed by a shot of him walking briskly on a treadmill as his own songs blast through the speakers.
This new chapter follows an earlier post months ago where Khaligraph candidly admitted that he had been gaining weight and jokingly noted that no one had told him. Upon noticing the changes himself, he decided to take swift action — and the results are now evident.
Though Khaligraph has always been known for his masculine, well-built physique, his busy schedule with other projects had previously forced him to scale back on his gym sessions. Determined to regain control, he took a bold step by building a fully equipped home gym — a move that amazed many of his fans online.
Since then, the rapper has consistently documented his fitness journey, showcasing impressive feats such as lifting 80kg weights for 30 reps and even doing gym collaborations with other well-known artists.
Despite moments of discouragement, Khaligraph remained resilient. In one of his earlier posts, he confessed:
“This gym thing is tiring. Maybe God will give us new bodies in heaven.”
Nevertheless, the OG didn’t let fatigue stop him. His unwavering commitment and discipline have brought him closer to his fitness goals, and fans are rallying behind his inspiring transformation.
