The discussions are following a man who was thrown out of a moving vehicle following a dispute over sh 30 that the passenger was unable to top up to pay the sh80 required in the Kahawa area.
The passenger only had sh50, that the tout protested about, who then proceeded to open the vehicles door and throw the man out.
The man is said to have died on the spot, with a postmortem revealing the man succumbed after breaking all his legs, ribs, and hands.
The man has now been identified, and his wife has also spoken out about receiving news of his death.

Here is the statement about its actions:
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN(TO THE ENTIRE PUBLIC),
We are deeply saddened by the tragic incident involving one of the buses operating under our company’s name. Our thoughts and condolences go out to the victim’s family and loved ones during this difficult time.
We understand that the public is angry, and rightfully so. No one should loose their life in such a senseless manner. At Supermetro, we hold the sanctity of human life as a core value guiding our actions and decisions.
While the matter is under investigation, we want to assure everyone that we take safety very seriously. We do not condone reckless behavior, and as a precautionary measure, the crew involved in this incident has been suspended pending further investigation. We will fully cooperate with authorities to ensure justice is served.
Moving forward, we are reinforcing strict safety protocols and training to prevent such tragedies. We appreciate the public’s patience and trust as we work to uphold the highest standards in passenger safety.
Thank you.

Maureen Moh …..Honestly this has become too much… so until when is this going to stop? Until when are we going to tag you as we type RIP and hashtags?
Peetah Wanza… Shape up or shape out because this is way too much. How many lives do you people want lost so that you can be serious for once? This rogue behaviour must stop. The driver and conductor who are responsible for this death should be in jail saa ii.
Tabbs Qharpole ….How does your condolences and sorry help us???? Will they bring back the lives your reckless drivers and conductors are causing their loss??? Why was it too hard for the conductor or the driver because I believe your buses have cctvs where the drivee could see what was happening then he stop the bus and let the man get down??? Why was it too hard???😔😔😔😔😔it’s so disheartening
