She spoke to KTN Home where she had invited the media house on a home tour.
“The newest mummy in town, ” she said with pride as she held her baby son.
She said she was well aware that female politicians are scrutinized addressing the stereotype that politicians shouldn’t have babies.
Speaking about having that new mum glow, Gloria agreed “yeah You know this is my second born, but I just tried to pretend that this is the only child that I have because people just assume that I dont have another child” she joked.
“but yes, there is a glow that comes with motherhood its fulfilling, and you know I really, really wanted this child, so I’m telling you I’m so happy”

“We are just clocking two months, and we thank God because it’s really a milestone,”
was it an easy pregnancy?
“yeah, I would say it wasn’t a difficult pregnancy, I mean I worked till the very last day, and it was just nice to experience all the things, you know, the nose, and it was also Fun to see what the public was saying about everything.”
That shaming is something she also addressed
“Apparently, legislators are not supposed to be pregnant, so it was like heh she is pregnant. but I can tell you it was a good pregnancy I had a good support system, and we thank God”

“I feel like my first born I wasn’t ready, you know. I wasn’t ready, I mean I was young, which is not a bad thing because you get to experience things differently but I feel like..and then after that I was like i need to you know finish my studies, then it was like I need to get into the career space, then it was like I need to move to this career, I need to advance, and then just time just went, and then 17 years later, it was like oh my gosh, I’m about to clock 40,, I need another baby”
She had to do things quickly
“I worked on it” she said “ei supplements, agreements, eh and asubuhi… jioni, so and when you are older, I’m just telling people out there, it’s a bit more difficult, so get your kids when you are young,”
