Kenya Commercial Bank Announces Managerial Vacancies, Lists Qualifications for Candidates

 

Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) has advertised several vacancies and asked interested candidates who meet the qualifications to apply. Uncover these and more career possibilities on our website. Take the next step and apply now," the poster read. Which vacancies did KCB advertise? 1. Senior manager, monitoring, evaluation & learning The position holder would design and develop monitoring and evaluation systems, implement monitoring and evaluation activities, and analyse and report data. Other roles include quality assurance, capacity building, training and quality assurance. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in statistics, public health, social sciences, community development, education, or a related field. A candidate with a master's degree in statistics/ public health/ social sciences/ community development/ education or a related field will have an added advantage. The applicant must have six years of experience in programme monitoring, evaluation & learning. 2. Head of marketing – business and non-business functions A successful candidate will oversee the translation of the KCB Group brand purpose and strategy into actionable brand plans across all products and services. He/she will report to the group director, marketing and communications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or any related field. A master's degree in business administration or any related field is an added advantage. At least 10 years experience in marketing and brand management. 3. Software quality assurance engineer He/she will design new automated test frameworks and methodologies. The holder will lead the monitoring of test execution across multiple code branches. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. At least five years' experience in technology. At least four years experience in IT projects and three in software quality assurance. 4. Business manager, regional businesses The holder is tasked with helping with the day-to-day management of the workload and any strategic and business matters. He/she manages the reporting cycles for the group regional business director. Qualifications Postgraduate qualifications in business analysis/project management/monitoring and evaluation or strategic management. Eight years of experience in business performance analysis with at least three years of experience in strategic planning. Stakeholder and people management skills.  5. Assistant product development manager, consumer lending & savings The post holder will be in charge of implementing the roadmap for consumer lending and savings products. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or business-related field. At least three years of work experience in digital product development. Certification in digital product development/ project management/ agile methodologies and practices. 6. Senior manager, change The role is responsible for operationalising and complying with the change management framework within the Centre of Excellence (CoE). Qualifications Have a bachelor's degree in a business-related field. At least six years of work experience in HR change management and organisational culture management. 7. Bancassurance - relationship manager corporate The holder will be responsible for business performance and delivery of set targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Professional certification in insurance. At least five years’ experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a technical role with a reputable insurance player, preferably bancassurance or brokerage.
