Online footage has shown a heated confrontation between security guards and a group of Maasai men. Security guards feuded with a group of Maasai men. Why did Maasai men beat guards? The undated footage, captured somewhere along the Indian Ocean coast in East Africa, showed the two groups in a brawl. The guards seemingly tried to arrest one of the men for an undisclosed offence. The two groups tussled around while tugging at the man who resisted. However, the Maa would not let their comrade be taken away. One of them hit a guard with a stick, marking the start of a melee. The other Morans rained blows on the guards, who fled from the scene in terror. The person recording the video could be heard laughing in the background. Unconfirmed reports indicated that the incident happened in either Tanzania or Zanzibar. Netizens reacting to the video wondered why the guards would dare face off against the Morans.
