What was George doing in the streets? A trending video shows George enjoying time in one of his souped-up matatus. The first son owns a fleet of matatus plying the Embakasi route, and the one he was seen in, Mood, was launched in 2025 at a grand event at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre, which drew hundreds of youth. George reportedly spent millions on the matatu, which features loud music, multiple TV screens, a DJ booth, and graffiti both inside and outside. It was also the first matatu in the market to have bucket seats, making it stand out alongside its custom number plate worth KSh 1 million. In the video, George sat behind the DJ booth next to the driver, dressed in an Inter Miami football jersey, all smiles as he interacted with youth and matatu curators. The matatu was spotted at the Embakasi stage near the Kenya National Archives, a bustling city-centre location.
