Forbes released its annual ranking of the World’s Best Employers for 2025.
The list spotlighted global companies recognised for exceptional workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and career development opportunities. How did Forbes rank the World’s Best Employers for 2025? The business publication partnered with market research firm Statista to conduct a comprehensive survey of more than 300,000 employees across 50 countries. The survey assessed how workers view their employers on key factors such as salary, work-life balance, advancement opportunities, and company reputation. Forbes noted that the online surveys were conducted independently of corporate influence to ensure anonymity and honest responses. Participants were asked to identify their current employer and rate how likely they were to recommend their workplace to friends and family. They were also allowed to evaluate former employers from the past two years, as well as companies familiar to them through industry connections or acquaintances.
