Content creator Triza Mamake Muraya has visited the family of two young girls in Nakuru who were recently humiliated by a teacher.
The girls, sisters, faced public ridicule at school for not wearing undergarments.
Ms Muraya travelled to Njoro, Nakuru, to meet the family. She shared gifts and clothing intended to help the minors regain their self-esteem.

Triza’s Personal Connection
Triza Mamake Muraya stated that she saw many tags regarding the story trending online. She explained that she felt pain for the children, particularly as she is a mother herself.
Ms Muraya said she remembered her own story from a few months ago, relating to the shame the children endured.
“It’s so hurtful because I have ever gone through such and it’s very disgusting. Today marks their turning point,” Triza wrote in a caption.
She emphasised that nobody deserves to go through such experiences, as it greatly lowers self-esteem.

Sharing Goodies and Comfort
Ms Muraya visited the family alongside her friends. She delivered several items to the minors and their parents.
The content creator shared general “goodies (shopping)”. Crucially, she also provided “great inner clothing’s from my shop,” specifically mentioning panties.
Triza expressed hope that her visit would help the children gain “extra courage to handle this” ordeal. She pledged to return soon to check on the sisters.
Background to the Humiliation
The distressing incident occurred at Kenana Primary School in Njoro sub-county. Two sisters, aged 11 and 16 years old, were the victims.
The 16-year-old is a Grade 9 student, while her younger sibling is in Grade 4.
According to reports, a female teacher allegedly mocked the girls. This shaming took place in front of the staff.

The ordeal began when the Grade 4 student was scolded for wearing trousers under her uniform. The young girl described being instructed to remove the trousers in the washroom.
She was then allegedly caned. Following this, the teacher took her to the staffroom.
“On reaching there, she checked me and shamed me in front of other male teachers, saying, ‘this one has no undergarments’,” the young girl narrated.
When the older sibling returned to school to discuss pending fees, the same teacher called her aside. The teacher asked the older girl if she was wearing an undergarment or if she was “like your younger sister”.
The 16-year-old was left deeply pained. She recalled that “all the teachers in the staffroom laughed at me”.

The Emotional Toll
The two sisters reported severe feelings of distress and shame following the event. Due to the humiliation, they have been unable to face their fellow learners and teachers.
The girls missed a full week of school. Their ability to sit upcoming exams, scheduled for the following month, is uncertain.
