Kenyan Oscar-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o has revealed that she is an investor in Nairobi City Thunder, publicly showing her support for the basketball team as it prepares for a major weekend.
Lupita shared the news through a post on Instagram, where she posted a video of herself taking a tunnel walk while celebrating her new connection to the team.
“Taking a tunnel walk to celebrate that I’m an investor in the @nairobicity_thunder!” she wrote.
The actress said she was “pumped and proud” to be behind the team, before ending her message with an enthusiastic “TWENDE!”
