Peter Miracle Baby’s Emotional Defence of Karangu Muraya

While gospel singer and philanthropist Karangu Muraya faces criticism over his troubled marriage, fellow musician Peter Miracle Baby has come out with an emotional defence. Miracle Baby’s message is a powerful reminder of how Karangu helped him during his toughest moments.

The controversy began when a leaked audio surfaced, capturing a heated argument between Karangu and his first wife, Triza Njeri, over his relationship with a second woman, Carol Kim. The clip has ignited fresh criticism against the singer.

A Friend When Nobody Else Was

Amid the uproar, Miracle Baby took to his facebook account to stand by his friend. He focused not on Karangu’s marital issues, but on his past kindness, remembering a time when his own friends had abandoned him.

“Even if you people decide to hate me today or insult me in all sorts of ways, I will always pray for this man called Karangu Muraya. May God protect him because of the good things he has done, and even if he has done something bad, I feel his good deeds outweigh the bad,” Miracle Baby wrote.

The singer shared old photos of himself in the hospital, with Karangu by his bedside. He revealed that despite once having friends who would spend lavishly on drinks, none showed up when he was sick. Instead, it was Karangu who rushed to his aid after just one phone call.

Miracle Baby’s emotional post is a plea for empathy. He reminded the public of the support Karangu rallied for him when he was unwell.

“Here, my close friends who used to buy me alcohol worth KSh 100,000 were nowhere to be seen. Karangu came after just one call and did what many refused to do. I even tried going Live to ask for help but nothing worked—until he came. When he did, you all also listened and supported me. God bless you for that,” he added.

He concluded by urging people to be more compassionate, questioning who will help those in need if Karangu is brought down by the criticism.
