President William Ruto will officially hand over 1,080 housing units at the New Mukuru Housing Estate on Tuesday.
This is Phase 1 of the project. Upon completion, the entire New Mukuru Housing Estate will have 13,428 housing units of different typologies.
The event marks a significant milestone in the Government’s Affordable Housing Program, highlighting the steps undertaken to empower communities through decent and affordable housing.
