She told the media that Njeru stabbed her 18 times at their residence in Rongai, Nakuru, after a discussion about business and personal matters escalated. Florence was rushed to Optimum Hospital with severe wounds on her body. Speaking from her hospital bed, she detailed the strained relationship with Njeru, citing previous attempts to end their union that were met with resistance.
