Mike Sonko, Youth Storm Body by Design Offices Over Allegations of Being Behind Lucy Wambui’s Death

Politician Mike Sonko and angry youths stormed the cosmetic surgery clinic Body by Design. Mike Sonko revealed that the late Lucy Wambui Ng’ang’a and her husband were his friends. Lucy was the wife of businessman Francis Ng’ang’a. The motor dealer’s beautiful wife, Lucy, died recently at a city hospital.

She is said to have passed away a few days after undergoing surgery. In a statement shared by Amira on Instagram, she alleged that Lucy had cosmetic surgery and developed complications afterwards. The family and friends of Lucy accused Body By Design of her death, and hence Sonko and some youths stormed the clinic. In the video, youths are seen at the facility’s gate shouting and stating that they want justice for the Late Lucy. Sonko wrote: “Justice for Lucy and all those who have died at this facility, Body by design. This place must be shut to avoid more deaths. #justiceforlucy.” The hospital also released a statement saying that they had launched investigations into the death of the late Lucy.

Part of their statement read: “Our team is collaborating closely with relevant authorities to ensure a full and objective review. At Omicare Medical Limited. We understand that this is a challenging time for everyone involved. Out of respect for the family’s privacy and to allow for the investigation to proceed unhindered we are unable to provide further details at the time. We would like to confirm that the deceased successfuly had her procedure done at our facility and was fully dischareged from our facility.”
