Kenyan content creator Andrew Kibe is set to make his much-anticipated return to the digital broadcasting space after signing a deal with Aluta App.
The partnership will see Kibe revive two of his popular programmes, giving his audience another chance to catch his trademark commentary, interviews and unfiltered conversations.
According to the announcement, Kibe will host both a Late Night Show and a Morning Digital Show, with the programmes set to stream exclusively on the Aluta App.
The move marks a new chapter for Kibe, who has built a reputation around outspoken takes on relationships, entertainment, celebrities and everyday issues affecting Kenyans.
A Return After YouTube Setback
Kibe’s comeback comes after his shows on YouTube were cancelled, leaving his followers wondering whether they would see the return of some of the programmes that had become a major part of his online presence.
His previous shows attracted a significant following because of Kibe’s distinctive style, where he often mixed humour, criticism and personal opinions while discussing trending topics.
The cancellation created uncertainty around the future of the shows, but the new partnership appears to have opened another door for the outspoken presenter.
Rather than returning to YouTube, Kibe will now have a new digital home through the Aluta App, where his programmes will be available exclusively.
Two Shows, Different Times of the Day
The deal is also notable because it will see Kibe take on both morning and late-night programming.
