Kenyan social media personality Amber Ray has opened up about undergoing several cosmetic procedures during a trip to Turkey, revealing that what started as a plan for breast surgery eventually turned into a more extensive body transformation.
Amber shared details of the procedures through a social media post, explaining that she had long wanted to have her breasts done.
However, after she consulted her doctor, she was presented with additional options.
From Breast Surgery To Lipo 360
According to Amber, her original plan was to undergo breast surgery, something she said she had wanted for a long time.
“Okay, so the original plan was to do my boobs… you all know how LONG I’ve wanted this,” she explained.
She also revealed that she had decided to undergo Lipo 360 after officially having children, adding that the procedure was part of her plans to enhance her appearance.
The conversation with her doctor, however, took an unexpected turn when she was asked whether she wanted the fat removed during the procedure transferred to another part of her body.
Amber said she initially declined the suggestion.
“Then the doctor asked if I wanted to transfer the fat anywhere, and my answer was NO,” she narrated, joking that she was already comfortable with her body and did not feel the need for additional enhancement.
Doctor Suggested Her Calves
Things changed when the doctor examined her legs and suggested transferring some of the fat to her calves.
“Then he looked at my legs and suggested fat transfer to my calves… excuse me, I didn’t even know that was a thing!” Amber said.
She explained that the doctor told her the procedure could help give her lower legs a fuller and more balanced appearance.
The idea eventually convinced her, with Amber humorously admitting that she changed her mind and decided to go for the additional procedure.
“And I thought… you know what? WHY NOT?” she said.

By the end of the experience, Amber revealed that she had undergone breast surgery, Lipo 360, and fat transfer to her calves.
“So yes… boobs, Lipo 360 AND calves,” she concluded.
Her revelation has sparked conversations online, with fans reacting to her decision to openly document the cosmetic procedures and the unexpected addition of calf enhancement to her treatment plan.
