Jeremy Kiuna, the son of the late Bishop Allan Kiuna and Bishop Kathy Kiuna, officially tied the knot with his partner, Stephanie Githinji, on Saturday, 6th June 2026.
The vibrant wedding marked a significant milestone for the 25-year-old, coming nearly two years after the passing of his father.
The ceremony was filled with music and deep reflection. Footage from the event captured a poignant moment in which marriage was likened to a stick of sugarcane.
The speaker explained that while marriage has “very soft” and “very sweet” parts, it also contains “joints” that represent the harder, more challenging seasons.
“Marriage does not go like this [soft and sweet] throughout. Every marriage has this part [the hard joints].”

A Long-Awaited Announcement
The journey to the altar began publicly in October 2025. During a sermon at Jubilee Christian Church (JCC), Bishop Kathy Kiuna joyfully shared that her son, whom she called the “apple of my eye,” was preparing to wed.
At the time, she playfully withheld the bride’s identity, teasing a curious congregation that was eager to see who had captured Jeremy’s heart.
This announcement was a heartwarming turn of events for fans. Only months earlier, during his father’s memorial in July 2024, Jeremy had light-heartedly told the public he was single.
His mother noted that Jeremy’s decision to settle down reminded her of her own marriage to the late Bishop Allan Kiuna, as the couple also settled down early in life.
The Intimate Proposal
Following the initial announcement, the couple formalised their path to marriage with an engagement on 16th December 2025. Jeremy proposed to Stephanie in an intimate celebration surrounded by close friends and family.
Taking to social media to share the news, Jeremy expressed his gratitude for his new fiancé.
“I’m so honoured to do life forever with you. I’m blessed you chose me,” he wrote at the time. The engagement video showed the couple sharing a toast, clinking wine glasses as loved ones cheered in the background.
Public Support
The union has received an outpouring of love from prominent Kenyan figures. Following the engagement, celebrities such as DJ Mo and content creator Nyawira Gachugi sent their congratulations online.
Bishop Kathy Kiuna also publicly blessed the match, describing Stephanie as a “blessing from God.”

The wedding serves as a fresh start for the Kiuna family after a period of mourning. Bishop Allan Kiuna passed away on 9th July 2024 after a long battle with cancer.
Jeremy has often credited his mother for holding the family together during that difficult time, calling her a “godly example” of strength.
