Nadia Speaks on Emotional Struggles

In the statement, Nadia revealed that the couple had been on and off for nearly one and a half years as she tried to fight for their family and relationship.

“Balancing motherhood, healing, work, and public life while trying to remain strong for my children has been one of the hardest experiences I have faced.”

She added that despite hoping things would eventually improve, the relationship reached a point where separation became unavoidable.

“Being a lady that always wanted family, I fought sooo hard, but I guess I lost.”

Commitment to Co-parenting

Despite the breakup, Nadia said both she and Arrow Bwoy would continue working together as parents and focus on giving their children a peaceful environment.

“They deserve peace, stability, and unconditional love from both parents.”

Online Reactions Flood Social Media

“I Deserve Respect”

The breakup announcement comes just weeks after Nadia spoke emotionally about being labelled a “side chick” in online conversations.
In a viral Instagram Reels video, the singer criticised the term as offensive and disrespectful, saying it ignored the sacrifices she had made as both a mother and an artist at the peak of her career.

“Mimi ni mtu nimeingia labour nimezaa watoto wawili. At the height of my career, the least that I deserve is respect.”
