A viral TikTok phrase, “NIMEJAA NGORI,” first popularised by content creator Mbavu the Destroyer, has continued to gain traction online and has now been referenced at a national level during remarks linked to sports.

“Wakenya starlets wamejaa ngori, wacha kieleweke.”
The statement linked the trending TikTok phrase to the national women’s football team as they prepared for the international encounter.
