Thee Pluto to Young Kenyan Men: These “3 Ls” Ruin Success

Kenyan content creator and businessman Thee Pluto has taken to his Instagram page to share a crucial warning. He outlined three specific actions, which he refers to as the “3 Ls,” that he believes can destroy a man, even the most intelligent.

“As a young man in Kenya, there are 3 L’s that can destroy a man, even the smartest one. One is liquor, the second one is ladies, and the third one is leverage,” Thee Pluto outlined.

His video broke down how liquor, ladies, and leverage frequently lead to financial and personal ruin.

Liquor: Slipping Away from Opportunity

The first pitfall Thee Pluto identified is liquor. The content creator emphasised that excessive consumption and becoming too intoxicated cause opportunities to slip away.

This remains true even if the person is incredibly sharp. Beyond lost chances, too much liquor contributes to health problems and the wastage of money.

“When you take a lot of liquor, and you get too intoxicated, opportunities usually slip away from you. Even the smartest person knows this. Too much liquor, health problems, wastage of money, and other things.”

Ladies: The Cost of High-Maintenance Romance

The second “L” discussed by Thee Pluto is ladies. He clarified that he was not referring to healthy relationships. Instead, he focused on high-maintenance and high-transactional relationships.

He explained that when men begin sponsoring the lifestyles of multiple partners, romance becomes extremely expensive.

He suggests that young people lose money this way because they feel compelled to prove a point.

“Romance becomes expensive when you start sponsoring the lifestyle of multiple partners. As a young person, that’s how you lose money because you want to prove a point by living a fake lifestyle,” he stated.

Leverage: The Most Dangerous Trap

According to the businessman, the final “L,” leverage, is the most dangerous of all. This hazard occurs when most people over-leverage their investments.

This means they take out huge loans even though they lack solid plans on how they intend to pay them back.

Thee Pluto warned that this is what causes most people to crash. When repayment fails, the bank steps in and takes everything back.

“This is what crashes many people. Because what happens is that the bank takes everything back.”
