Taking to Instagram, Ogana—best known for his breakout role as Luwi Hausa in the hit series Maria that aired on Citizen TV a few years ago—shared a heartfelt post featuring a photo of himself alongside a woman he proudly referred to as his wife.
In a caption styled like a major announcement, Ogana declared that he is now off the market, showering his wife with praise and affection.
“Breaking News: Off the market. The girl who makes my world stop just made my heart her permanent residence. Meet thee wife,” he wrote, clearly smitten.
Ogana, who typically uses his social media to post solo photos or content with fellow actors, has largely kept his love life private—leaving many fans speculating over the years.

The last time he addressed his romantic life was in 2022, when he confirmed his breakup with Jacque Naisenya, a relationship that was short-lived.
After Maria wrapped up in March 2021, Ogana shared plans to take a step back from the spotlight to pursue personal development.
At the time, he revealed ambitions to further his education and start initiatives aimed at supporting creatives.
“I am going back to school to study for a Master’s in Communications. I am still trying to decide between Daystar and the University of Nairobi,” he said in a candid message to his followers.
As promised, Ogana maintained a low profile, with minimal presence on social media in the following months.
Now, the celebrated actor is making a comeback to the screen with a major role in Lulu, a new Swahili telenovela airing on Maisha Magic.
The series features a star-studded cast, including Ronald Ndubi, Ciku Muchiri, poet and spoken-word artist Mufasa, Mwamburi Maole, and Kalasha Award winners George Mo, Lydia Gitachu, Lorna Lemi, and Naomi Mburu—alongside Ogana himself.
