Source: Getty Images Kanye blasts Kendrick West, known for his bold opinions, started a discussion in the music world with his remarks about Kendrick Lamar. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Kanye stated that he does not like Kendrick’s music, but still praised him for rapping very well. He added that he did not have to hear him on Playboi Carti’s new I Am Music album, which appears to have been his biggest problem.
This was in response to Kendrick’s feature on three tracks, Good Credit, Mojo Jojo and Backdoor, with Kanye producing the latter as reported by Billboard. This to many seemed like one of Kanye’s online rants with many not believing his words and some claiming he might be jealous of Kanye’s recent success in the Hip-Hop world. Kanye praises Kendrick’s music To make it even worse, just a month ago, Kanye referred to Kendrick as a lyrical powerhouse and said during an interview that if you rap against Kendrick you should be prepared to lose. He likened Lamar’s skills to an unbeatable move in a video game, emphasizing the Compton rapper’s dominance in the Hip-Hop scene, which was highlighted by HipHopDX. The positive then negative comments have left many wondering the dynamics of their relationship, which might explain Kanye’s latest rant. Carti’s album has been highly anticipated and features a star-studded lineup that includes Travis Scott, The Weeknd, and Future, alongside Kendrick Lamar.

Kanye West called out by Amber Rose This comes just days after Kanye West’s former girlfriend Amber Rose accused him of controlling his women. TUKO,.co.ke reported that Rose revealed about not having any input in the outfits she wore during her relationship with Kanye. She noted that he would pick the clothes and claim that he is a genius hence difficult to understand his art. Rose said the same thing must have happened to Kim Kardashian and is also happening to his wife Bianca Censori, with the news the two are headed for divorce.
