Embattled car dealer Khalif Kairo has finally spoken about the whereabouts of his girlfriend, Wavinya Maria, after weeks of speculation.
The businessman, who is currently facing multiple court cases, addressed the matter while retrieving his passport from the courts.
During his interaction with the media, a female journalist playfully pressed him about Wavinya’s absence from the public eye.
“Bae alienda wapi? Bae! Where is bae?” she asked, prompting a response from Kairo.
“Classified information,” Kairo replied, seemingly dodging the question.
Not satisfied with his answer, the journalist followed up, “Serious? Are you still together?”
Once again, Kairo dismissed the question, repeating that it was “classified” and that he would not comment further.
Before ending the brief exchange, he reassured the media that he was doing well and that he intended to sort “everything out.”
His vague responses only fueled further speculation about the status of his relationship with Wavinya.
The couple, who once flooded social media with romantic posts and affectionate messages, have recently stopped sharing content together.

Are Kairo and Wavinya Still Together?
Kairo and Wavinya’s relationship had been a highly publicized affair, with Kairo often praising her as a “godly woman” who inspired him to become a better man.
However, their social media activity—or lack thereof—has raised questions. While they still follow each other online, they have removed previous photos and videos of each other, a move that many interpret as a possible breakup.
Adding more intrigue to the situation, Wavinya had taken a break from social media but recently resurfaced, hinting that she is in her “quiet girl era.”
Her return to the public eye has not cleared up the uncertainty surrounding her relationship with Kairo, leaving fans to wonder whether they are still an item.
The Viral Julius Oromo Photo
As if the rumours weren’t swirling enough, a recent photo of Wavinya Maria with activist Julius Oromo has added fuel to the fire.

Oromo shocked many Kenyans when he shared old photos of himself seated next to Wavinya during a private airplane ride. The two appeared comfortable together, with Wavinya smiling in the selfies.
Oromo captioned the post: “On today’s flight, meet my baby girl who confused me totally. @wavinya_maria stole today’s spotlight.”
While the activist later clarified that the photos were from 27 weeks ago, the resurfacing of these images at such a sensitive time has led some to label him as insensitive.
Others believe the photos may hint at a deeper story about Wavinya’s current status. For now, both Kairo and Wavinya remain tight-lipped about their relationship. Whether they have truly parted ways or are simply keeping their love life private remains a mystery.
