Kalonzo Musyoka Alleges Plan by Ruto’s Govt to Register Alien Voters to Secure 2027 Win

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has accused the Kenya Kwanza government of plotting to manipulate the 2027 General Election. Kalonzo Musyoka has stated that the government plans to use foul play to secure a win in the 2027 election. What did Kalonzo say about Ruto’s govt plan in 2027? Speaking at the Wiper National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting, Kalonzo alleged that President Ruto’s government plans to register foreign nationals as voters to secure an early victory in the 2027 elections.

“And we hope William Ruto’s administration is not going to register aliens. We suspect there could be plans underfoot to register non-Kenyans as voters in the country,”the former vice president said. In the meeting, Kalonzo also announced that the Wiper Democratic Movement plans to mobilise nationwide protests by March if the government does not make progress in reconstituting the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). “The party will also lead demonstrations by the end of March unless progress is made towards the reconstitution of the new Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). Further, WDM will solidify its presence across the country by carrying out party elections in a structured manner culminating in a National Delegates Convention,” Kalonzo further stated.
