Ezekiel Otuoma’s death touched many from different walks of life, and Zari Hassan is the latest celebrity to mourn him. Ezekiel Otuoma died on his wife’s birthday. What was Zari’s message to Rachel Otuoma? The South African-based Ugandan businesswoman shared a photo of Rachel and her husband on her Insta Stories, accompanied by a tearjerking message.

Zari consoled Rachel, acknowledging her for being supportive of her husband. “It is well, Rachel. My heart still bleeds for you. It was a beautiful journey. Take heart, mama. He is at peace now. Sleep well champ, you fought a battle, fly high with the angels,” she wrote.

She acknowledged the battle her sibling fought after getting diagnosed with the disease. In another video she shared, she and Otuoma were seated side by side, and she caressed his hair. Mildred occasionally visited her brother and praised his brother’s wife, Racheal, for caring for him. Why did doctors fail to admit Otuoma?

TikToker Cindy Reborn revealed that Rachel realised that her husband was unwell, and she had to cut the TikTok livestream short. The former AFC Leopards FC player was then rushed to hospital. When they got to the hospital, the doctor failed to admit him. Unbeknownst to them, he had already died before they got to the hospital.
