William Ruto Asks Parents to Protect Their Children: “Tuwaepushe na Mambo Mabaya”

President William Samoei Ruto has powerfully delivered a challenging and inspiring message to families. Which church did Ruto attend on Christmas? The politician and his supportive wife, Rachel Ruto, attended a church service at Olpisiai Africa Inland Church (A.I.C) in Kilgoris, Narok county. The head of state was allowed to address the congregation as they marked Christmas in church. “As we remember the birth of Jesus Christ, let us not forget our children.

Let us also remember our families and our nation. Let us do good and cater for the needs of our children. Let us protect them from substance abuse, including alcohol and vices,” he said. Family is the foundation of our nation, Ruto says Ruto implored congregants to care for and protect their families, with fathers and mothers playing their God-given roles. He confidently said families were the nation’s foundation, hence the need to raise sober families.

“Our children will be the ones who are involved with matters concerning our nation tomorrow and the days after,” he said. Kenyans react to Ruto’s message on Christmas Social media users headed to the comment section to wish the president a Merry Christmas and other mixed reactions.
