Akothee took to her socials sharing her excitement at the prospect of her daughter starting a new chapter.
Through her socials, the mother of five says she did not elaborate on a specific amount of dowry.
“My daughter just finished her Master’s and is now preparing for her next life. The pride and happiness of every mother is to see her children happy. At no point will I allow my child to mistreat someone’s son .”
Akothee described herself as protective of her daughter.
“I am a very sobber loving and considerate mother, I equally expect someone’s son to take care, love, and protect my daughter.
My daughter asked me. Mum how many cows should he bring, or what do you want?
She responded by saying her daughter’s happiness was her priority

Sharing a photo of her son Oyoo in a hospital bed, the mother of 5 opened up on how difficult 2024 has been for her.
“This year has been challenging, not just for me but for many. My son Oyoo has undergone two surgeries in one year 2024 you have shown me what strength looks like. Watching your child confined to a wheelchair cuts deep, reaching the very core of your being. Be kind to people you never know what people go through cameras. Get well soon OYOO DAKTARI”
Fancy is the Akothee’s last-born daughter, she was born after Vesha and Rue Baby.
She is based in France. Fancy is the daughter of Akothee and her ex-husband Jared Okello.
He is also the father of Akothee’s two other girls.
