According to Cindy, the Otuomas had invited their friends to their place, and Rachel was about to cook. She realised that her late husband was unwell, and she had to cut the TikTok livestream short. They rushed him to hospital, and unbeknownst to them, the former footballer had passed away before they got to the hospital.
Cindy said that the doctor did not admit the former athlete to the hospital and told them that Otuoma was in a coma. She said: We were at a party at night; we were at Rachel’s. She was to cook for us since we were her guests. It was around one thirty. We heard Otuoma… those who were in that livestream, Rachel said, ‘drop the live’. She had sensed something was up.
When she went to look at Otuoma, we carried him and put him in the car. Me, Cindy and Rachel. Getting to the hospital, the doctor refused to take him to the ward. Kumbe he had passed when we were on the way.
