Kenyan TikToker  Koin Kores

The Kenyan TikTok community is celebrating the return of Koin Kores. Koin had been missing after a July confession where he was seen crying and pleading for money to seek medical help.

In a video on his TikTok, Kores was reportedly outside Aga Khan Hospital, seeking treatment but lacking funds.

The Maasai TikToker has since reemerged, much to the delight of Kenyans who appreciate his online content.

“I missed my happy days, God take control… I’m in Your hands,” he declared. Although he has lost weight and his smile is less frequent, he remains hopeful about returning to his former self.

His changed appearance has not gone unnoticed. Fans have expressed their concern and support. User @catemarshall commented, “God you are great, aki his sickness really touched my heart… much love Koin 😍❤️🫂,” to which he responded, “🥰🥰🥰🥰 Pray, I’m in a critical condition; I’m not okay.”

Another user, Amerix, urged him to “come see us again at Aga Khan while crying,” and Koin agreed, “Hata sijapona 😭😭😭 mniombee.”

His latest physical appearance also worried another Kenyan, @emmandunge07, who noted, “I was praying for you every day. You don’t know you are alive because of my prayers.” Kores assured, “Aaaw🥰 keep praying hun, please. I’m not well but God is with me.”

Kores also shared a lesson from his experience, responding to Gladys Chepchirchir’s comment: “Aki Pole Kores, usinyee tena then take care of yourself. Watu wamekua wabaya huku nje. Wanaokupenda ni wachache… cheka nao na usonge mbele.” He replied, “Ukweli ogopa watu, mine was a whole planned thing.”

Here are more comments from fans about his return:
