Photos: Musalia Mudavadi's Daughter Maryanne, Lover Nyaga Hold 2nd Wedding Ceremony at Groom's Home

 

MaryAnne Mudavadi, Nyaga Karanja, the lovely couple Nyaga and Maryanne held their Kuara Itara marriage ceremony on Saturday, September 16. In the Kikuyu culture, Kuara Itara is a chance for the bride's parents to visit their in-law's home where their daughter would spend her life. It is done after the dowry payment (ruracio) ceremony. Nyaga and MaryAnne wore matching brown outfits to their event. Nyaga wore beige trousers, a matching hat, a long brown shirt and a red Maasai sheet draped around his shoulders. In one of the videos shared online, the lawyer was given a sword and a bow, which he will use to protect his wife and posed for photos with the items and a flywhisk in his left hand. On the other hand, Mudavadi's daughter dressed in a stylish brown gown and looked happy as she posted next to her man. Mudavadi wore a black suit, white shirt, a grey hat and had a stylish staff stick throughout the event. His beautiful wife, Tessie, wore a stylish long green dress with a lace brown piece of cloth tied to her dress. A local company, UshersKenya, provided ushering services at the event, and some photos posted online showed beautiful ladies dressed in blue and gold welcoming Mudavadi to the event's venue. The prime cabinet secretary's daughter's glamourous wedding was held at their rural home in Mululu, Vihiga county. MaryAnne wore a long body-hugging lace dress, while Nyaga wore a black outfit head to toe with a touch of green.
