The Kenya Revenue Authority is set to conduct scheduled maintenance of the iTax system.
In an X tweet on Saturday, the Authority noted that the maintenance will take place from October 1 at 8 pm to October 2, at 12:01 am.
“The Kenya Revenue Authority informs all stakeholders that there will be a scheduled maintenance of the iTax System. Any inconvenience caused is highly regretted,” the tweet read in part.
iTax is a system that has been developed by KRA to improve efficiency.
It allows taxpayers to update their tax registration details, file tax returns, register all tax payments, and make status inquiries with real-time monitoring of their ledger/account.
Users usually visit the Authorities portal (itax.kra.go.ke) in order to access their details. BY KBC NEWS
