Ex-Tusker Project Fame star Msechu builds million dollar mansion (photos)

Ex-Tusker Project Fame Star  Peter Msechu has finally moved into his mansion.

The house which is built in Dar Es Salaam has four bedrooms all en-suite, an office, and a dining area among other things.

Speaking to Millard Ayo, Msechu says it hasn't been easy building the house adding that he and his wife agreed to save 50 percent of their salaries to enable them to build.

They started saving towards the project 13 years ago.

The first cash he saved was the 5 million he won during Bongo Star Search competitions.

"Since 2009 after the BSS, my wife and I agreed to be saving 50% of any cash I earned so that we could be able to build.

We passed through so many hardships when we made that decision.

We would sometimes argue and disagree but we are happy to welcome you into our new house.

Msechu says his dad was a big inspiration as he kept reminding him that he cannot rent forever.

"I want to thank my dad Mzee Joram, everytime we met he would remind me that my name was famous yet I am still renting.

That hurt his feelings and those words gave me the motivation to keep pushing."   BY MPASHO NEWS
