Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage Cabinet secretary nominee Peninah Malonza on Wednesday said that she has a net worth of Sh300 million.
While appearing before the National Assembly Committee on appointments, Malonza said huge chunk of her wealth is in the form of land in various parts of the country.
“Hon Chair, my financial net worth is Sh300 million. Sh240 million is prime land in Mombasa, Kajiado, Kitui, and Nairobi. I have shares in four saccos with a total of 30 million,” she said.
“I have motor vehicles, three to be precise at Sh10 million. The other Sh20 million is from my farm and livestock I keep.” BY THE STAR
